This Letter shall serve as the Applicant's letter of intent. The Property is located at 290 SW loth Street, 245 SW 11th Street, 240-270 SW 10th Street, 251-253 SW 11th Street, 255 SW 11th Street, and 267 SW 11th Street and is approximately 1.78 acres in size. The Applicant is proposing to develop the property with a 192 unit residential development. The Major Use Special Permit application is entirely consistent with the Property's R-4 Multifamily High -Density Residential District and the project has received a favorable recommendation from the City of Miami Urban Development review Board. Accordingly, this letter shall serve as a letter of intent for the MUSP and all of the lesser included permits described in the zoning write up contained in Tab C of the Application.
