RE: West Brickell Centre - Application for a Major Use Special Permit
Dear Ms. Fernandez:
This law firm represents the property owner, Tiller, USA, Inc., with
respect to the referenced application. This Letter shall serve as the Applicant's
letter of intent.
The Property is located at 290 SW loth Street, 245 SW 11th Street, 240-270
SW 10th Street, 251-253 SW 11th Street, 255 SW 11th Street, and 267 SW 11th Street
and is approximately 1.78 acres in size. The Applicant is proposing to develop
the property with a 192 unit residential development. The Major Use Special
Permit application is entirely consistent with the Property's R-4 Multifamily
High -Density Residential District and the project has received a favorable
recommendation from the City of Miami Urban Development review Board.
Accordingly, this letter shall serve as a letter of intent for the MUSP and all of the
lesser included permits described in the zoning write up contained in Tab C of
the Application.
