Please b cannot proceed until these conditions have been satisfied. 1. In the location sketch: a) Provide lot and trac.k numbers for all subdivisions, also correct block and plat book and page numbers, as applicable. b) Clearly show zoning designations and zoning district lines. 2. In the title block, include the name of the for they east 10'ty of I of dedication. 3. Provide the square footage area 4. Define the zoning designation R-2 Two -Family Residential, as according to City of Miami Zoning ordinance 11000, as amended, Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations. 5. Provide a statement on the tentative plat that no trees are on the site. 6. Provide a distance and a bearing for each the monument line and the centerline of adjacent streets. 7. Provide monument line and centerline ties (bearings and distances) to West Trade Avenue and to Cocoanut Avenue, as applicable. 8. The final plat must be in a 30" X 36" size. 9. The execution of the tentative plat application must be completed; two witnesses are required. 10. Describe the specific site development intent. 11.An opinion of title, in the City of Miami opinion of title form, must be provided at the time of the final plat submittal. 12. All encroachments across lot lines must be removed prior to the final plat submittal. 13.Tentative plat application must be made with Miami -Dade County after receiving approval from the City of Miami Plat and Street Committee.
