Purpose of Item: AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 05-0357, ADOPTED MAY 25, 2005, TO REFLECT THE PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO MIAMI DREAM HOME INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. LOCATED AT 1525 NW 60 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, WILL BE DEVELOPED AS A NEW CONSTRUCTION MULTI- FAMILY RENTAL PROJECT CONSISTING OF SEVEN (7), UNITS FOR LOW INCOME PERSONS, AS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHMENT "A", ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; FURTHER CLARIFYING THAT SAID PROPERTY WILL BE CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF MIAMI UPON ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE PROJECT Background Information: Pursuant to Resolution No. 05-0357, the City Commission approved the conveyance, with parcel reverter conditions, eleven parcels of City owned land directly to developers, for the construction of affordable housing for eligible low and moderate income persons Six (6) of the eleven parcels of City owned land were conveyed to Miami Dream Home Investment Group, Inc. The Administration is recommending the parcel of land located at 1525 NW 60 Street, Miami, Florida be developed as a new construction multi- family rental project consisting of seven (7) units for low income persons Said property will be conveyed to the City of Miami upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the project Budget Impact Analysis is this item related to revenue?
