The contract includes complete insurance coverage. Allocating funds from the various sources of funds as may become available and subject to budgetary approval at time of need, Background Information: The departments within the City of Miami have a need to acquire vehicle rentals, on an as needed, ' when needed basis. The contract period is for two (2) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1)year periods. The award is made to a Primary and Secondary Vendor by Grouping of Vehicles. On March 21, 2006, the Purchasing Department sent the bid to forty seven (47) suppliers. At bid opening, two (2) vendors had responded and are included in the bid tabulation. Royal Rent A Car System of Florida, Inc. of 3650 NW South River Dr., Miami, FL 33142, a Dade/Hispanic vendor was the Primary Iowest responsive, responsible bidder and Enterprise Leasing Company, Inc. of 11440 N. Kendall Dr., Suite 405, Miami, FL 33176, a Dade/Non-Minority company is the Secondary lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
