As respects General Liability and Automobile Policies Who Is An Insured (Sec II) is amended to include any person(s) or organization(s) for whom you have agreed in a written contract to provide insurance, but only for damages: (a)Which are covered by this insurance; and (b) Which you have agreed to provide in such contract. The limits of insurance afforded to such person(s) or organization(s) will be: (a)The minimum limits of insurance which you agreed to provide, or (b)The limits of insurance of the policy whichever is less. As respects GL, Auto and Work Comp policies the Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others To Us Condition is amended by adding the following: We waive any right of recovery we may have against any person or organization when you have agreed in a contract to such waiver prior to a loss.
