Special features proposed to be incorporated into design that shall be the
maintenance responsibility of MDC.
1) Special street furnishings shall be the maintenance responsibility of MDC.
2) Special drainage system maintenance responsibility to be determined during
design and Exhibit A to be modified accordingly.
