Subject: A resolution accepting Miami -Dade County Resolution No. R-1252-05 and eight (8) right-of-
way deeds of dedication, located at various locations througout the City of Miami.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept
Miami -Dade County Resolution No. R-I252-05, designating and declaring a portion of County owned
property along N.B. 80 Street as public road right-of-way, and eight (8) right-of-way Deeds of
Dedication, for highway purposes, and approving and authorizing the recordation of said deeds in the
Public Records of Miami Dade County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Department Public Works, through its continued efforts to secure dedications of needed public
right-of-way for future widening of City streets, has received Miami -Dade County Resolution No. R-
1252-05, designating and declaring a portion of County owned property along N.E. 80 Street as public
road right-of-way, and eight (8) right-of-way deeds of dedication.
The Department has reviewed these deeds and has received legal counsel concerning said resolution,
and has determined that they are now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
