A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT EIGHT (8) RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEEDS OF DEDICATION, FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES, AND MIAMI-DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA ("COUNTY"), RESOLUTION NO. R-1252-05, ADOPTED
NOVEMBER 3, 2005, DESIGNATING AND DECLARING A PORTION OF
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY ALONG NORTHEAST 80TH STREET, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, AS A PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE RECORDATION OF SAID DEEDS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE
COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Department of Public Works ("Department") recommends
acceptance of eight (8) right-of-way Deeds of Dedication, for highway purposes, and Miami -Dade
County, Florida ("County"), Resolution No. R-1252-05, adopted November 3, 2005, for street
widening purposes in the City of Miami ("City"), as evidenced in "Composite Exhibit 1," attached and
incorporated; and
WHEREAS, the Department finds it is in the best interest of the City to accept the said Deeds of
Dedication and said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, eight (8) owners executed Right -of -Way Deeds, conveying said property to the City,
and the County executed a Resolution, declaring and designating property as a public road
right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, said Right -of -Way Deeds have been recorded in the Public Works Department of the
County, and by reference are made a part hereof as if fully incorporated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by
reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The City Manager is authorized to accept eight (8) Right -of Way Deeds of Dedication,
for highway purposes and County Resolution No. R-05-1252-05, adopted November 3, 2005,
designating and declaring a portion of County -owned property along Northeast 80th Street, Miami,
Florida, as a public road right-of-way, as listed below:

Section 3. The recordation of said deeds in the Public Records of the County, is approved and
authorized.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1}
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
