W1TNF SSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by the party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold
to the said party of the second part, its successors in interest, for the purpose of a public highway

Those portions of: Lot 1 less the West 1 foot thereof, and Lot 2 and the West 1
foot of Lot 1, Block 3, PAIN TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 47, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
The North 7,5 feet;
and
The East 10 feet;
and
The external area of a circular curve, lying within said Lot 1 less the West 1 foot,
being concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of
