Those portions of Lot 17 less the North 15 feet, Block 3, 'JACKSON PEACOCKS
SUBDIVISION OF PARTS OF BLOCKS 3 AND 4 OF THE EDWARD PENT HOMESTEAD,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, at Page 18, of the Public
Records of. Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as
follows:
That portion of said Lot 17 less the North 15 feet lying East of the City of Miami,
Florida, base building line along the west side of Allamanda Street, said base
building line being 25.00 feet West of and parallel with the center line of
Allamanda Street and also being 8.73 feet West of the Southeast corner and 8.75
feet West of the Northeast Corner of said Lot 17 less the North 15 feet as
measured along the South line and the North line of said Lot 17 less the North 15
feet respectively.
