Due to Martin's inability to remedy the default, the Purchasing Department has recommended termination of the contract between the City of Miami and Martin's Lamar Uniform. HOW IS THIS ITEM GOING TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER / CITIZENS? The officers need the appropriate uniforms to better serve, and to be easily noticed by the citizens.
