Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations, to allow multifamily residential
structures of a density equal to R-3, in this case, R-4.
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will allow a new multifamily residential development
within the C-2 Liberal Commercial zoning district.

Planning Department: Recommended approval with a condition of the appeal and approval
with a condition of the Special Exception.
