I comfortable that this was clearly a 'scriveners' error" and there record can reflect so in making the change. From: Burns, Pamela E Sent: Tuesday, April 18, 2006 10:29 AM To: Chiaro, Maria 3 Cc: Martinez, Maribel Subject: Scriveners error R-06-0225 Maria — Please be advised that on April 6, 2006, new members of the Parks Advisory Board were appointment to the Board, per R-06-0225. However, when the legislation was originally initiated, the Reso inadvertently reflected the term of these new members to be through April 13, 2006, instead of April, 2007 (giving each new member Tess than a one week appointment). In order to resolve this issue and clarify same, will this item be required to return back to the City Commission for reconsideration, or, as an error was made on the date showing 2006 instead of 2007, can we consider this a "scrivener's error" and reflect the true appointment dates of these members thru 2007. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.
