No matching funds required. HOW IS THIS ITEM GOING TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER / CITIZENS? This Port Security Grant provides funding to fortify security at our nations critical ports and maritime facilities. These funds are made available on a competitve basis to ports across the country in order to provide an added layer of security and help fund federal mandates. IS THIS A REPLACEMENT ITEM?
