A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED BY STAFF, OF A MAJOR
USE SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 17 OF ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, FOR THE 111 NE 11TH STREET
PROJECT (MU-2006-003), LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 111
NORTHEAST 11TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO CONSTRUCT AN
APPROXIMATE 425-FOOT, 42-STORY HIGH MIXED USE STRUCTURE TO
BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 430 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES;
APPROXIMATELY 26,732 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE;
APPROXIMATELY 2,500 SQUARE FEET OF RESTAURANT SPACE, AND
APPROXIMATELY 508 TOTAL PARKING SPACES; WITH THE FOLLOWING
CONDITION: APPLICANT SHALL CONTINUE TO WORK WITH STAFF AS
TO INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE GARAGE AND DROP OFF AREA
ALONG NORTHEAST 11TH STREET, PROVIDING NO SINGLE CURB CUT
SHALL EXCEED THIRTY FEET, SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL
BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR.
