Dear Ms. Dougherty:
On behalf of Bird Ventures, LLC, the owner of that certain parcel of land located at 3760
Bird Road, Miami, Florida, please accept this letter as confirmation that Greenberg Traurig, as
land use counsel to Bird Road, TT,C, is authorized to file an application seeking a Major Use
Special Permit with the City of Miami to permit development of an approximately 362,000
square foot mixed -use project consisting generally of 254 residential dwelling units and
approximately 88,000 square feet of non-residential space.
This authorization is granted based upon the representation that Bird Road, LLC and its
affiliates, and not Bird Ventures, LLC, will be paying all costs associated with the application,
including all application fees and all legal fees earned by Greenberg Traurig.
