The item includes language required by Rule 66B-2, Florida Administrative Code, for grant submittals to the Waterways Assistance Program. Background Information: There has been an expressed public need for non -motorized recreational boating accessibility at Sewell Park. The City is now ready to proceed with installation of a Kayak/Canoe launch at Sewell Park. I'he estimated cost of the Project is $60,000 and the City will apply for funding in the amount of $30,000, to be matched by an equal amount of City funds from the proceeds of impact fees to be established for Capital Improvements Project No. B-30386 entitled "Sewell Park - Kayak/Canoe Launch Area".
