recorded in Plat Book 60, Page 56, Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Tract 3, of ALLEN'S SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 37, Public Records of Miami -
Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Jordan Monocandilos as General Manager of this
corporation, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to whatever may be necessary, including
the signing and execution of any document required and appropriate to consummate the sale of the
subject property to Brisas del Rio, Inc., a Florida corporation, and that said officer be and hereby is
authorized and directed to execute in the name and on behalf of this corporation, a warranty deed.

8. That the foregoing resolution is outstanding and has not been modified or rescinded.
