HEPB-2004-76 A RESOLUTION OF THE HISTORIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION BOARD ("HEPB") OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL OF A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS IN CONJUNCTION WITH A MAJOR USE SPECIAL PERMIT FOR BRISAS DEL RIO, LOCATED AT 1583-85 NW 24TH AVENUE, WITHIN AN ARCHEOLOGICAL CONSERVATION AREA, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, AFTER FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED ARCHEOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT PLAN IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GUIDELINES FOR GROUND DISTURBING ACTIVITY SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 23 OF THE MIAMI CITY CODE. 1 • Archeological testing prior to construction and monitoring during ground disturbing activity shall be provided in accordance with the revised archeological management plan submitted by the Archaeological and Historical Conservancy, Inc., revised September, 2004. 2• The City Archeologist will be notified prior to construction activities and in the event of a significant discovery, as per the management plan submitted. 3. A final report shall be submitted to the City Archeologist documenting the results of this investigation. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2004.
