A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE
CONTRACT AWARDED TO A+ MINI STORAGE, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 02-140,
ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 2002, AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 04-0060, ADOPTED
FEBRUARY 12, 2004, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $10,000, FROM $50,000 TO
$60,000 ANNUALLY, FOR ADDITIONAL STORAGE NEEDS, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
POLICE; ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR SAID INCREASE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF POLICE
GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET ACCOUNT CODE NO. 001000.290201.6.610; AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 04-0060 TO REFLECT SAID INCREASE AND TO REFLECT CORRECT
LANGUAGE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENT(S) FOR SAID INCREASE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An increase in the contract awarded to A+ Mini Storage, pursuant to Resolution No. 02-140, adopted
February 14, 2002, amended by Resolution No. 04-0060, adopted February 12, 2004, in an not to exceed $10,000, from $50,000
to $60,000, for additional storage needs, is authorized.
Section 2. Section 2 of Resolution No. 04-0060 is amended in the following particulars:{ 1 }

Section 2. An increase in the contract with A+ Mini Storage, in an amount not to exceed $10,256 $10,000, is authorized, with
funds for said increase allocated from the Police General Operating Budget, Account Code No. 001000.290201.6.610 and
Resolution No. 02-140, adopted February 14, 2002, is amended in the following particulars:{ 1 }

Section 21. The bid received on August 29th, 2001 from of A+ Mini Storage, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 00-01-263R, dated August 29, 2001, for the provision acquisition of a secured,
air-conditioned self -storage facility for the storage of records, miscellaneous equipment and supplies, for the Department of
Police, on a contract basis, for an initial term a period of two (2) years,with the option to renew for three (3) additional
one-year periods, for the Department of Police, in an annual amount not to exceed $50,000 $60,000, is accepted, with funds

allocated from the Police General Operating Budget, Account Code 001000.290201.6.610.
Section 3. Funds for said increase are allocated from the Police General Operating Budget, Account No.
001000.290201.6.610, in the amount not to exceed $10,000.
Section 4. The City Manager is authorized{2} to execute the necessary documents for said increase.
Section 5. The Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor. {3 }
