Monette Klein O'Grady (non -voting member) resigned. Marco Selva (voting member) resigned. Please call me to discuss. In reviewing the memo, my understanding is that two of the board members (Marco Selva and Monette Klein 0-Grady) resigned several months ago before I started working with the CGBIC; if you require information regarding the exact months of their resignations, please check with Gwen Cummnings. Additionally, my understanding is that Sue McConnell has been serving in the non -voting member slot vacated by Monette, but again I am not sure of the exact date that Sue began serving.
