A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE
ALLOCATION OF FUNDS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,500, TO
FUNDACION ROCKINCHA "LOS NINOS DE LA LUZ," INC., A FLORIDA
NOT -FOR -PROFIT, TO ASSIST WITH ITS CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS;
ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE DISTRICT 1 ROLLOVER ACCOUNT NO.
001000.920921.6.930.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The allocation of funds, in an amount not to exceed $2,500, to the Fundacion
Rockincha "Los Ninos De La Luz," Inc., a Florida not -for -profit, to assist with its children's programs, is
authorized, with funds allocated from the District 1 Rollover Account No. 001000.920921.6.930.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1}
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
