This letter shall serve as the Applicant's letter of intent. The Property is located on Brickell Avenue and is approximately 3.2 acres in size. The Applicant is proposing a redevelopment of the existing Banco de Venezuela building and is adding a signature 75 story building to the Property that will complement this portion of the Miami skyline. The Major Use Special Perrnit application is entirely consistent with the Property's SD-5 Brickell Avenue Area Office Residential District and the project has received a favorable recommendation from the City of Miami Urban Development review Board. Accordingly, this letter shall serve as a letter of intent for the MUSP and all of the lesser included permits described in the zoning write up contained in Tab C of the Application.
