RE: 1101 Brickell Avenue - Application for a Major Use Special Permit
Dear Ms. Fernandez:
This law firm represents the contract purchaser, FAE Holdings 361820R, LLC, the owner
and Wallstreet Commercial Owners, LLC, with respect to the referenced application.
This letter shall serve as the Applicant's letter of intent.
The Property is located on Brickell Avenue and is approximately 3.2 acres in size.
The Applicant is proposing a redevelopment of the existing Banco de Venezuela
building and is adding a signature 75 story building to the Property that will
complement this portion of the Miami skyline. The Major Use Special Perrnit
application is entirely consistent with the Property's SD-5 Brickell Avenue Area Office
Residential District and the project has received a favorable recommendation from the
City of Miami Urban Development review Board. Accordingly, this letter shall serve as
a letter of intent for the MUSP and all of the lesser included permits described in the
zoning write up contained in Tab C of the Application.
