the Coastal on the River project (MU-2005-013),
located at approximately 2215 NW 14 Street, Miami,
Florida, to construct a two building residential
development ranging in height from approximately 110
feet to 120 feet to be comprised of approximately 633
total multifamily residential units with recreational
amenities: and approximately 898 total parking spaces;
providing for certain floor area ratio ("FAR") bonuses.
