RE: Financial review and approval:
Allocation of Funds for Special Counsel to the Code Enforcement Board
(File No. 06-00055)
Attached is a copy of a resolution which is being placed on the City Commission Agenda
for the meeting of January 26, 2006. If approved, payment of compensation, in the amount of
$49,000, for Special Counsel to the Code Enforcement Board will be authorized.
Funds for said compensation are available from Fiscal Year 2005-2006 budgeted funds of
the Office of the Hearing Boards, Account No. 001000.820101.6340.25019. The compensation
is payable as earned during the period of such counsel's employment.
Please indicate your review and approval below prior to the request being presented to the
City Commission and return this original memorandum to Marta Gomez -Chen, Legislative
Coordinator.
