Agreement for waste disposal with Miami -Dade County, the Disposal Fee and Transfer Fee for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2005 will increase, subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners. The increase in the fees is based on the actual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase of 2.7% for all Urban Consumers for the South Region United States, from June 2004 through June 2005. The proposed fee changes are as follows: Disposal Fee: From: $52.25 per ton To: $53.65 per ton Transfer Fee: From: $10.35 per ton To: $10.60 per ton Should you require additional information, please contact Mr. David Ritchey, Assistant Director, Administration at (305) 514-6630.
