("HAFI"); ALLOCATING SAID FUNDS TO CITY OF MIAMI DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE ACTIVITIES, AS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHMENT "A", ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED. Background Information: • Haitian American Foundation, Inc. is in default of its obligation to the City of Miami ("City") under the Special Agreement, dated March 13, 2000, pursuant to Resolution No. 97-169 • Pursuant to Resolution No. 05-0383, adopted on June 9, 2005, the City Commission allocated the amount of $41,000 to Haitian American Foundation, Inc. to provide services to the elderly • The Department of Community Development's current policy does not allow funds to be awarded to an entity that is in default with the City • The Administration recommends transferring the 31st Year funds , in the amount of $41,000, to the City of Miami Department of Community Development Budget Impact Analysis Is this item related to revenue?
