SANZ AND FLORENCE S. BOYKIN, FOR CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2115 NORTHWEST 18 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED IN "EXHIBIT A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENT(S) NECESSARY FOR SAID PURPOSE; DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO RELEASE AND EXTINGUISH ANY CITY OF MIAMI LIENS AGAINST THE PROPERTY AND TO PAY ANY OUTSTANDING PROPERTY TAXES AND WATER AND SEWER LIENS, IN A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $21,000; ALLOCATING FUNDS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $500, FROM THE HOUSING RECOVERY LOAN FUND, "PROFESSIONAL FEES AND LIENS," ACCOUNT NO. 198010450311.6.270, AND AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $20,500, FROM THE HOUSING RECOVERY LOAN FUND, "TAXES," ACCOUNT NO. 198010450311.6.330. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept a Quit Claim Deed from Lorenzo R. Sanz and Florence S. Boykin, for the property located at 2115 Northwest 18 Street, Miami, Florida, as described in "Exhibit A," attached and incorporated. Section 2. The City Manager is authorized{1} to execute any document(s) necessary for said purpose. Section 3. The City Manager is directed to release and extinguish any City of Miami liens against the property and to pay any outstanding property taxes and water and sewer liens, in a total amount not to exceed $21,000, with funds allocated in an amount not to exceed $500, from the Housing Recovery Loan Fund, "Professional Fees and Liens," Account No. 198010450311.6.270, and an amount not to exceed $20,500, from the Housing Recovery Loan Fund, "Taxes," Account No. 198010450311.6.330. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{2} APPROVED AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS: JORGE L.
