Chassis is received a minimum of sixty (60) days before scheduled delivery. B. Approval drawings are returned by requested date. C. Vendor or customer supplied accessories are received by date necessary for compliance with scheduled delivery. 6. Trade-in offer is conditional upon equipment being maintained to DOT (Department of Transportation) operating and safety standards. This will include, but not limited to tires, lights, brakes, glass, etc. All equipment, i.e., jibs, winches, pintie hoods, trailer connectors, etc., and are to remain with unit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. ALTEC industries reserves the right to re -negotiate its trade-in offer if these conditions are not met.
