BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid of Nabco, Inc., the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, received August 22, 2005, pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 04-05-108, for the purchase of gas tight total containment vessel, with accessories, for the Department of Police, for a total contract amount not to exceed $269,200, is accepted, with funds allocatedfrom the Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) Grant Program, Account Code No. 110143.280911.840.
