INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Present: Commissioner Sanchez, Commissioner Regalado and Commissioner Spence -Jones Absent: Chairman Gonzalez and Vice Chairman Winton On the 10th day of April 2006, the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met at its regular meeting place in City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, in special session. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Johnny L. Winton at 10:15 a.m and adjourned at 11:55 a.m. ALSO PRESENT: Jorge L.
