In order to proceed with the organization o4 this avant we need your • approval
for the use of the premises, and also'that the event not be counted ee one of
two Allocated event' per site psr year, roe specified in Rosolution 93-188 re-
gardin these types of evatca.
Ws are hereby respectfully requesting your approval,,for our "FERIA", so that

Thursday` April 6 - from 6 pm to 11 pm (Childxen's day)
Fride►y.-'Apri.l. 7 - from 6 pm to 11 pm
Saturday - April 8 - from 2 pm to 12 Midnight
Sunday - April 9 - from 2 pas to 11 pm
We would also appreciate your cooperation in providing us the necessary permit
for the installation of 80 8' x 10' booths on the fairgrounds, to include the
approval of the zoning board.
