Florida, on February 9, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission
Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida for the pur-
pose of hearing objections from any interested parties affected by the pro-
posed Amendment to Section 54-190 of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida, as amended, entitled "Nonstandard Street Widths" by reducing the
zoned right-of-way of N.E...11 Street between N.E. 1 Avenue and N.E. 2
Avenue.
All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning
this reduction in zoned right-of-way width. Should any person desire to
appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter con-

any appeal may be based.

mission, Ashley Chase, told
commissioners that in May
2005, the river commission was
deadlocked 5-5 over whether
Coastal was consistent with the
Miami River Corridor Urban
Infill Plan. Without a majority
vote, the commission could not
approve the project.
"The City of Miami and the
Miami River Commissioner need
to come together for a plan for the
river," said Commissioner Joe
Sanchez. "The Miami River plays

Exteriores de EEUU, Rusia,
China, el Reino Unido, Francia y
Alemania, ademas del represen-
tante de la Union Europea, ha-
yan acordado en Londres elevar
la cuestion nuclear irani al Con-
sejo de Seguridad de la ONU.
EEUU quiere tomar medidas
mas duras contra ese programa
nuclear, que considera que tiene fi-
nes militares, y acusa a Iran de ser
uno de los principales patrocinado-
res del terrorismo internacional.
Pero, al mismo tiempo, se es-
fuerza por ganarse a. la pobla-
cion de ese pais, entre la que
considera que hay simpatia por
la cultura estadounidense.
"Queremos que los iranies pue-
dan vivir en una sociedad libre...
Hablare de eso y dejare clara la
politica de Estados Unidos",
afirmo Bush tras reunirse con su
Gabinete para repasar el conte-
nido del discurso. La situacion
en Irak ocupara tambien parte
de la alocucion del presidente,
que ha pasado por 23 borradores
antes de llegar a la version defi-
nitiva.
Bush quiere insistir en el men-
saje que ha lanzado por activa y
por pasiva en los tiltimos meses:

nol y aludio a la necesidad de
investigar mas para hacer efi-
ciente ese recurso.
Bush tambien aludira a los cre-

tario, y podria presentar pro-
puestas para hacerles frente,
como exenciones fiscales para
