ANY PERSON MAKING IMPERTINENT OR SLANDEROUS REMARKS OR WHO BECOMES
BOISTEROUS WHILE ADDRESSING THE COMMISSION, SHALL BE BARRED FROM FURTHER
AUDIENCE BEFORE THE COMMISSION BY THE PRESIDING OFFICER, UNLESS PERMISSION
TO CONTINUE OR AGAIN ADDRESS THE COMMISSION BE GRANTED BY THE MAJORITY

FINDINGS:
PLANNING DEPARTMENT: Recommended approval with a condition* of
the extension of time for the special exception and denial of the appeal.
ZONING BOARD: Granted the extension of time with a condition* for the
Special Exception on November 14, 2005 by a vote of 7-0.

PURPOSE: The approval of this appeal will not allow an extension of time
for the Special Exception to permit residential uses within the C-2 district
at a density of R-3 or higher.
