Settlement Agreement -Florida Paraplegic Association, Inc. et al, vs. City of
Miami, Case No. 03-21039-CIV-GOLD (File No. 05-00714)
Attached is a copy of a Resolution scheduled for the City Commission Meeting of December 15,
2005, authorizing a Settlement Agreement, in the amount of $92,000, for all claims against the City of
Miami by paying plaintiffs attorneys fees and costs, and to coordinate repairs and modifications to the
parks, building, streets and sidewalks of the City of Miami as required by the Americans with Disabilities
Act, in the case of Florida Paraplegic Association, Inc. et al, vs. City of Miami, Case No. 03-21039-CIV-
GOLD.
Funds are available from the Self -Insurance and Insurance Trust Fund, Account Code
No. 515001.624401.6.661.
Please indicate your review and approval below by affixing your signature and return this
original memorandum to Angela I. Smith, Administrative Assistant II, of this office as soon as
possible.
