Suggested outcome measures.
After the new equipment is operational, provide:
1. Number of calls when the new equipment is applicable for the emergency,
2. Number of victims on whom used, and
3. Number of these victims who arrive at the hospital with a pulse.
Analysis: provide a comparison using actual figures to demonstrate the changes provided by the grant
funded items.
