Purpose of Item:
A Resolution to accept a Right -of -Way Deed from Biscayne Bay of Miami, LLC, for the extension of
North Bayshore Drive between N.E. 27 Street and the current terminus of North Bayshore Drive south
of N.E. 28 Street.
Background Information:
The extension of North Bayshore Drive at this location is consistent with the Special Class II Permit
for the "Lyght" project issued by the City's Planning Department and has the support of the City's
Planning Department, Department of Transportation, Public Works Department and the Edgewater
Homeowner's Association. Please see attached location sketch and department recommendation.
