Inc.. 22 Ave Corp., Luis F & Archie Mehech, Raquel Realty Corp., Edward D. Pascoe 575 LLC, Miriam
Gonzalez owners, we are submitting a Major Use Special Permit ("MUSP") application for
approval of 320 residential units, 43,470 S.F. of retail and office, 32,200 S.F. of accessory
commercial space and 636 parking spaces pursuant to Articles 5, 17 and 914 of the Zoning
Ordinance.
