APPROXIMATE 120-FOOT, 11-STORY HIGH MIXED USE STRUCTURE TO
BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 183 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY
RESIDENTIAL UNITS WITH RECREATIONAL AMENITIES; APPROXIMATELY
10,300 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE; AND APPROXIMATELY 322
TOTAL PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN FLOOR AREA RATIO
("FAR") BONUSES.
