RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT EVALUATION AND
APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR) OF THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1)

GREENWAY ACTION PLAN" FOR POLICY PR-1.1.11, 2) NO OBJECTION
TO RECOMMENDATION PR-14 FOR POLICY PR-12.4, 3) CHANGE
RECOMMENDATIONS PR-22 AND PR-23 TO ADD "LUMMUS LANDING"
FOR POLICY PR-1.5.4 AND POLICY PR-1.5.5, 4) NO OBJECTION TO
RECOMMENDATION PR-24 FOR POLICY PR-1.5.8, 5) CHANGE
RECOMMENDATION CM-2 TO ADD "ESTABLISH A NEW DATE AFTER
CONSULTATION WITH APPROPRIATE AGENCIES" FOR POLICY CM-
1.1.2, 6) CHANGE RECOMMENDATION CM-3 TO ADD "ESTABLISH A
NEW DATE AFTER CONSULTATION WITH APPROPRIATE AGENCIES"

CHANGE LANGUAGE IN THE EAR DOCUMENT THAT REFERENCES
THE BOUNDARY OF THE UPPER RIVER TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
THE MIAMI RIVER CORRIDOR URBAN INFILL PLAN'S DEFINITION OF
THE UPPER RIVER AS "WEST OF NW 22ND AVENUE", 13) CHANGE
APPENDIX B, "CONSISTENCY WITH CHAPTER 163, F.S.°', TO INSERT
THE CONSISTENCY WITH CHAPTERS 163.055 & 163.060 (MIAMI RIVER
COMMISSION ESTABLISH LEGISLATION), AND 14) REVISE APPENDIX
A TO REFLECT THE CORRECTIONS OF THE MIAMI RIVER
COMMISSION MEETING NOTES FOR JULY 15, 2004 (PAGES A-58 & A-
59) AND FOR JULY 28, 2004 (PAGE A-63).
