Variance from Ord. No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ord. of the City of Miami,
Art. 4, Sec. 401, Schedule of District Regulations, R-1 Single Family
Residential, Permitted Principal Uses, in connection with proposed additions to
the existing single family residential structure, and in connection with a
proposed outdoor swimming pool, to allow a rear yard setback of 9'-9" (20'-0"
required); a distance of 5'-9" from the rear prop. line, and 5'-0" from the side
prop. line (101-0" for both required) per Art. 9, Sec. 907, Subsec. 907.4 for the
pool equipment; and a distance of 0'-0" to 3'-6" from the rear prop. line (5'-0"
required) for the unenclosed pool, per Sec. 908, Subsec. 908.14. Continued to
2/22/93 from ZB 2/1/93, subject to readvertisement and renotification to adjacent

No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Article 18,
Sec. 1800, revoking the Certificate of Use No. 92-0831, issued on July 9, 1992,
which added a liquor store to an existing restaurant Certificate of Use.
Continued to 2/22/93 from the 28 hearing of 1/11/93, applicant invoked the short
board rule.

District) Conditional Accessory Uses, to allow a drive -through facility for a
financial institution subject to reservoir requirements established in Sec.
931.2, and subject to City Commission approval. This is a companion to Items 5, 7
