Dear Chief Bryson:
It is understood that the City of Miami has a desire to "Piggyback" the Agreement for
an Emergency Notification System between Four Points Technology and General Services
Administration (GSA).
Pursuant to the City of Miami's request, Four Points Technology hereby agrees to offer the
City of Miami an Emergency Notification System under the same price(s), terms and
Conditions as GSA Contract # GS-35F-0553P, awarded to Four Points Technology on
September 10th, 2004 by General Services Administration.
All references to GSA Contract # GS-35F-0553P, Emergency Notification System, shall be
assumed to pertain to the City of Miami, Florida.
