OF $741,000, ON A REIMBURSEMENT BASIS; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OMNI TAX INCREMENT FUND, ENTITLED "CONSTRUCTION IN
PROGRESS," ACCOUNT CODE NO. 686001.590320.6.860, FOR SAID PURPOSE.
