HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit 8EXHIBIT G WATERWAYS ASSISTANCE PROJECT SCHEDULE OCTOBER 2005 - Project Agreement Executed, Project Initiates. DECEMBER 30, 2005 - First Quarterly Report Due. MARCH 15, 2006 - Second Quarterly Report Due. JUNE 30, 2006 - Third Quarterly Report Due. SEPTEMBER 15, 2006 - Fourth Quarterly Report Due. DECEMBER 30, 2006 - Fifth Quarterly Report Due. MARCH 15, 2007 - Sixth Quarterly Report Due. JUNE 30, 2007 - Seventh Quarterly Report Due. NOTE: If project will not be completed and all close out paperwork submitted by September 1s; a request for an extension of the completion date of the project should be submitted with the quarterly report. SEPTEMBER 1, 2007 - Closeout paperwork due. By September 30, 2007 - District finishes processing closeout paperwork, performs project inspection and submits final reimbursement check to sponsor. NOTE: Any modifications to the PROJECT shall require advance notice and prior written approval of the District. The appropriate timing for modifications to the project cost estimate, Exhibit B, would be after receipt of bids. *NON-COMPLIANCE by the PROJECT SPONSOR with the reporting schedule in Exhibit B may result in revocation of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph 13 of the project agreement.
