January, 2001, to January, 2003. [Appointed by Resolution of the City Commission.
SIDE 2, OF TWO SAES.
BRIEF STATEMENT
Iutangibles: All Twenty Front Porch Councils throughout the state of Florida are recorded as
Independent Contractors with the Executive Office of the Governor. This means
each member can effect a direct line of communication to any of the state's
Department Secretaries / Department Directors, i.e. FDOT; DCA; FDLE; ect.,
provided same access is relative to same Council's Action Plan for Community
Revitalization.
NOTE. If a private or public agency were to officially collaborate with a Front
Porch Council, and at the same time, same collaboration were to actively
seek state subsidy for a particular project, that particular request for state
subsidy could be speedy!, simplified!, and successful!.
Possible concerns: I am a current permanent victim of what appears to be a form of "Identity
Theft", i.e. someone has piled up an arrest record using my name.
Solution-, We need new state legislation mandating that when a subject is
found out to have used an alias (of someone else's name), that those records
should be converted to same subject's real name. This is important
because probably at least /5% of all arrest subjects are not taken to the.
warrants bureau for verification. Even if they were, they could only be
verified if they submitted to finger -printing, prior to the check.
