HomeMy WebLinkAboutPublic Hearing NoticeCITY OF MIAMI NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on October 27, 2005, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the sole source purchase of a grants locator from eCivis, LLC, located at 150 E. Colorado Blvd., Suite 215, Pasadena, CA 91105, for the Office of Grants Administration, in an amount not to exceed $24,000. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Pamela Burns, Sr. Procurement Contracts Officer, at the City of Miami Purchasing Department at (305) 416-1905. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5360 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3) business days prior to the proceeding.
