Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of HAZELTON PARK FIRST ADDITION, which is
located at the northwest corner of S.W. 8 street and S.W. 52 Court.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of HAZELTON
PARK FIRST ADDITION and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to create one (1) lot for a
commercial office building.
The proposed record plat entitled HAZELTON PARK FIRST ADDITION, which includes the closure
and vacation of a portion of right-of-way at the Northwest corner of S.W. 8 Street and S.W. 52 Court,
is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of
one (1) tract of land containing approximately 5,672 square feet (0.13 of an acre). It is zoned C-1.
