TICKET SALES, TO AN AMOUNT OF $5,000 OR 5% OF THE GROSS TICKET SALES,
WHICHEVER IS GREATER, FOR SAID EVENT, CONTINGENT UPON THE PROMOTER'S
PAYMENT OF ALL NECESSARY COSTS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI SERVICES AND
APPLICABLE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SAID EVENT.
