I would like to take this opportunity to present our proposal for the Christmas Holiday Lighting
project for Coconut Grove. As per your request in order to have Holiday Lighting project
completed by November 211`h 2005 pleasesee the following requirement.
1. Upgrade underground wiring.
Upgrade of the underground electrical wiring using the existing conduit on Main Hwy.
between the Mayfair and the Coconut. Play House. Upon receipt of a written notice to proceed
from the Miami Parking Authority, this project requires two weeks of procurement time for
the acquisition of materials.
The total cost including materials and labor: $23,850.(X)
2, .Holiday Christmas Lighting
Install industrial UL Listed Christmas lights on trees. Each tree will have 300 white light
bulbs installed. Upon receipt of a written notice to proceed from the Miami Parking
Authority, this project requires three weeks of procurement time for the acquisition of
materials.
This is a turn key operation for the Miami Parking Authority which will include the
installation, maintenance and removal of the Christmas lights, The maintenance will run from
November 20th 21)05 thru January 1.0, 2006 ending with the removal of the Christmas lights.

The total cost of this project per tree including installation, maintenance and removal:
$675.00 per tree (_l? 50 tree:, Total $33,750.00
