Vote: 8-1 City Commission: On April 28, 2005, the item was remanded to the Zoning Board. Also on April 28, 2005, the original companion request to Change the Future Land Use Designation of the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan from "Single Family Residential" to "Restricted Commercial" was withdrawn.
