History: On March 14, 2005, the Zoning Board recommended denial to City Commission by a vote
of 7-0 of the request to C-1 Restricted Commercial with an SD-9 Biscayne Boulevard North
Overlay District.

City Commission: On April 28, 2005, the item was remanded to the Zoning Board. Also on April 28,

Family Residential" to "Restricted Commercial" was withdrawn. The above
Zoning Change request passed First Reading on July 28, 2005.
